Dr. Yong Hsin Ning is a passionate entrepreneur and educator who empowers companies to excel on their growth journey by incorporating change management strategies.

Following a successful 20-year career with Arthur Andersen and Accenture, she seamlessly transitioned into entrepreneurship. She co-founded The Biz Lab to enable growth-stage startups and SMEs in securing funding and expanding their businesses. She also co-founded Change Voyage Consulting to guide companies through organizational change.

Throughout her career, Dr. Yong has helped many business owners innovate and overcome growth plateaus by offering strategic advice and hands-on implementation, ensuring smooth transitions with her expertise in change management.

Hsin Ning holds multiple faculty appointments at prestigious universities in Singapore, where she teaches popular business courses to students, entrepreneurs, and business owners. This includes the Innovation Leadership Program, which integrates training, advisory, and implementation of innovation strategies. Her dedication to teaching has earned her several awards, including the recent SMU-X Excellent Teacher Award (2023).

Hsin Ning holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, a Master’s in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and a Ph.D. in General Management from SMU, where she researched the decision-making patterns of part-time knowledge workers.
